Let’s talk integrations ↗

Your content finds its place.
Yes. bimbo manages product records and collections. Each product can be linked to information such as its reference, collection, category or colour, as well as its images, videos and documents. Teams can find the product and its associated content together, then share them according to each partner’s access permissions.
Teams that create, organise and distribute content for their collections and campaigns: marketing, communications, creative, product and sales teams, as well as retail partners.
The DAM is your teams’ workspace for centralising and enriching content, managing versions and approvals. The portal makes content available to authorised audiences in a branded space.
Configure approval workflows and automations to suit your organisation. For example, notify a team when a task is completed, or partners when new content is published.
Access and action permissions are defined for each user. Everyone sees the content and views intended for them, whether they are part of your team or an external partner.
bimbo is a good fit when collections involve several teams and partners, with products, content and access permissions to coordinate. If you only need to store a few files for yourself, shared storage may be enough. A demo helps you assess the uses that matter to your organisation.
