Does pricing depend on the number of users?

No. All three plans include unlimited users. You choose your configuration based on your workflows and content volumes.

How much does bimbo cost?

Starter subscriptions start at €500 excluding VAT per month, billed annually, with an annual commitment. This includes one module, up to 1 TB of storage and unlimited users. Initial deployment starts at €4,500 excluding VAT, in addition to the subscription. Your quote details the configuration and budget for your project.

What affects the budget?

The number of modules, storage volume and scope of deployment depend on your project. During our conversation, we look at your workflows and content to prepare a suitable proposal. Advanced and Enterprise pricing is detailed in your quote.

Why is there an initial deployment cost?

Deployment supports the integration of bimbo into your environment and the adoption of new processes by your teams. It can include integration, data migration, configuration, training and change management, within the scope agreed in your quote. This initial support is priced separately from the subscription. An audit is included with Advanced and Enterprise.

Can we pay monthly?

Yes. Starter and Advanced also offer monthly payments with an annual commitment. The starting price shown is based on annual billing. We detail both options and their prices in your proposal. Enterprise is offered with annual billing.

How do we choose our modules?

Start with the work you want to make easier: centralising content, coordinating production, sharing brand resources, presenting collections or managing press relations. Explore the bimbo modules, then let’s identify the ones that match your priorities.

Will we receive support after launch?

Yes. Our Customer Success team supports onboarding and changes to your configuration. Tutorials are also available. During our conversation, we agree the support that fits your organisation.
